Replacement Warranty

If the item states "Replacement Warranty"

 

           We will replace the item if it fails to perform, has defaults or break-downs during the said period and no additional cost are applied.   A replacement waranty is to swap the defective item for a new unit.   All parts and pieces must be turned in with defective unit.

 


Items that are "New with Warranty"

           SYSI, (Scotts Yard Sale Inc.) warranties do not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other than a certified Service Center or authorized representative.   Normal wear and tear; as well as, cosmetic blemishes will not be areas of warranty policy.

           We reserve the right as final authority on whether the product should be repaired or replaced.  Defective parts or products must be returned to receive free repair or replacement.

           Transportation (either Ground or Motor Freight) of return goods must be shipped freight prepaid to SYSI. Freight costs for returning items to SYSI within the specified warranty periods will be the responsibility of the customer. All replacement parts or complete units covered under the SYSI Warranty Programs will be returned prepaid to the sender.

           NOTICE: Returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the order subtotal and/or the total amount of the shipping charges.

           SYSI makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty period as set forth above. SYSI's maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall SYSI be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product. Warranties do not apply to commercial or rental use.
